Matt Town
Matt has been pastoring LIFEHOUSE since 2012 after completing a theology degree at Regents Theological College. People are his passion and loves nothing more than seeing people become all they’re created to be. The rest of his life is filled with family & friends, coaching & camper-vans, Dog walking & DIY—All fuelled with plenty of coffee and cake!!

Jo Town
Jo is married to Matt and they have 3 children. Jo works as Ministry Assistant at LIFEHOUSE and is also an Elder. She loves nothing more than hanging out with family and friends, and if it’s by the sea or in the countryside, even better! She usually has some kind of crafty project on the go and loves watching a bit of Netflix with a good cuppa!

Ben Ayling
After finishing his studies at Regents Theological College, Ben is working as a Minister in Training here at LIFEHOUSE. He loves Jesus, guitars, coffee and BBQ’s, in that order. You can find his band Upper Roommates on Spotify.

Ben is married to Nadia and they have three daughters growing quicker than their shoes can be replaced. He works in manufacturing and is known to be a big foodie and a keen traveller who’s also equally happy sitting down with a good book, or cheering on his favourite sports teams.

Carolyn Dickerson
Now that her three daughters are all grown up and married and she has retired from teaching, Carolyn can usually be found covered in either paint from her house renovation, mud from the garden or travelling with her adventurous husband Andrew! Her happy place is being surrounded by friends and family gathered around a table or flowers in their countryside garden ... and of course also the Church Leadership Team!

Church RepresentativeHannah is married to Tom and they have two children. Her day job is supporting children and young people with a vision impairment which she is passionate about. She is also passionate about eating good food, especially chocolate (Cadbury’s if anyone’s asking), and spending quality time with her family and friends.
