Local Mission

As a church we believe ‘mission is from the other side of the street to the other side of the world’ and of course it all starts on our very own doorstep. There are a number of local and global initiatives that we support as a church community. Every first Sunday of the month we focus on a particular area of mission during our morning gathering and we provide an opportunity to give financially to mission. There are a number of mission oriented projects and initiatives we partner with but here are some of the more local initiatives we support on a regular basis.

Good Soil Trust is a local ministry based in Worcester and aim to provide a safe, non-threatening family environment where adults can develop essential life skills and can be equipped and empowered to lead meaningful and independent lives. We aim to take individuals out of the chaos and confusion that can often prevail during change and offer:
• Alternative outdoor environment
• Physical and meaningful activity
• Healthy food
• Positive relationships
• Spiritual input
