Christmas is a wonderful time of year. This December promises to be one of the best as we get ready to celebrate the birth of Jesus – the moment when God made his home among us over 2000 years ago. There are plenty opportunities for you to join with us this month at one of our services, take a look at the invitation below to see when you can come and be with us.
In October we will be launching the Alpha Film Series here at LIFEHOUSE. This will be an opportunity of a lifetime to explore some of the most important questions in life. Why not bring a friend and join us for the Series (inc 10 weekly sessions from Tuesday 03rd October – Tuesday 12th Dec / 7:30-9pm) at the Church centre on Lowesmoor.
September is sign up month for our all new connect groups. To hear more about the new groups come along to one of our Sunday gatherings this month to get the lowdown. We’re hoping to launch 6 new groups at the start of October which will run through to the start of December. It’s going to be a great autumn term at LIFEHOUSE.

On Sunday 16 July we will be celebrating the new found faith of some of the newest members of the LIFEHOUSE family. These are the most exciting times together and we can not wait! If you are a part of our church family and you’re interested in being baptised in water, please speak to Pastor Matt.
This month we launched a new initiative for Lifehouse called #pray4five. This is a call to the church to pray for five people you know who don’t yet know Jesus. In 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Paul encourages us to ‘Rejoice always, pray continually; [and] give thanks in all circumstances…’. This is our focus as we #pray4five, we will pray without ceasing until we start to see our friends, neighbours, family, and colleagues discover life and faith in Jesus. There will be an number of different opportunities for us to #pray4five together. And over the coming weeks and months we will be equipped and empowered to reach out to those we’re praying for. Exciting times ahead!!
